Join us at Dalston Roof Park on Tuesday 18 September for a special screening of Roko Belic’s award winning, feature-length documentary ‘Happy’. Doors open at 6pm, film starts at sun down.

Happy takes us on a compelling journey across the world in search of what really makes us happy. From the swamps of Louisiana to the slums of Kolkata, deeply personal stories weaved together with insights from renowned experts to provide the keys to our most valued emotion.

Before the screening you can get involved in various fun activities including a ‘Give and Take’ session, where unwanted items find new, happy owners, or join our guest speakers in a workshop discussing our perceptions of happiness. Alternatively you can enjoy a drink whilst relaxing in the stunning roof top garden.

Attendance is free. Please note the event is outdoors, but the roof has an inflatable cover that keeps the rain off if needs be. Seating is limited so please do bring a blanket to sit on.

If you wish to take part in the Give & Take event, please bring an item that you think would make someone else happy (e.g. books, CD, games, seeds.) Remember the item must be in working condition and cannot be an electrical item (battery-powered items are fine). Give, take and be happy!

This event is part of Waste less, Live more Week which celebrates and demonstrates that what’s good for the environment is good for us. Find out more at www.wastelesslivemore.com
